Even Greater is a three-year generosity initiative for all of Long Hollow. It's built on Jesus' promise in John 14:12 that His people would do "even greater" works. It has three commitments: equipping the house, running to the hurting, and advancing the hope.

In two years, Long Hollow turns fifty. The same God who carried this church through its first fifty years has given us a vision for the next fifty. Since 2022, weekly worship attendance has grown more than 50 percent, and Even Greater creates the spaces and the reach for what God is already doing. As Pastor Robby puts it, we're not doing this to build more buildings. We're doing this to reach more people.

Even Greater touches all three Long Hollow locations and two current initiatives.

Gallatin: Legacy Park-style outdoor space; soundproofing so groups can meet in the first floor space during worship; a walking bridge to the back of the property, making it accessible to families and ministry events; other campus improvements.

Hendersonville - Long Hollow Pike: More seats in the Worship Center; renovated Kids Area; new Chapel; convert current Chapel to a two-story Groups space.

Hendersonville - Main Street: A brand new, second Hendersonville location with an 800-seat auditorium, 450 parking spaces, kids space with flex space for students, a large, open atrium, Legacy Coffee, and outdoor space.

Church-Wide Initiatives: End Hunger in Sumner, growing from 22 to all 52 schools in Sumner County; Prison Ministry expanding from 7 to all 12 Tennessee prisons.

Around $55 million over three years. That's a little more than twice our annual budget, and it covers all three locations plus the End Hunger in Sumner and Prison Ministry expansions. It's a big number, and it's matched to a big vision. Just as important to us is 100 percent participation. Whether that's ten dollars or a million-dollar gift, our prayer is that everyone participates on the front end so we all celebrate on the back end.

Our goal is to raise the total amount. We would love to stay debt free, but we aren't opposed to financing some of it if necessary. The finance details are being worked through carefully, and if we do take on debt, we will bring that to the church first.

No. As an example, we will not touch the current Hendersonville Chapel until the new Chapel is built.

The pedestrian bridge is not part of Even Greater but is under construction now with plans to open in spring 2027. Removing the Worship Center steps, construction on the new chapel, the kids building renovation, and the second Hendersonville location on Main Street is targeted to begin in early 2027. Beyond that, we are in the final phases of design, and we'll share more about the timeline as soon as it's available.

The work is planned in four phases, and the phases overlap. This is how the work is organized, not a strict one-finishes-then-the-next-starts sequence.

1. Add seats in the Hendersonville Worship Center by removing the steps at the front of the stage.

2. Gallatin's Legacy Park, the new Chapel and the Kids Building renovation at the current Hendersonville location, and the start of construction at the second Hendersonville location on Main Street.

3. Gallatin soundproofing. At the current Hendersonville location: converting existing Chapel into adult classroom space, a new Team Central for serve teams and guest services, and a new Kids entrance.

4. Current Hendersonville location: The Gathering Area bridge to the balcony, balcony seating, and a covered walkway connecting buildings.

Removing the steps adds about 100 seats per service. It's the first part of adding about 350 seats in each service once the balcony wings are extended, baptisms move off the floor, and the jib camera moves to the back of the room.

No. Everyone can still come down front to respond or kneel to pray. There will always be a place for people to respond to God.

They all move to the new Chapel. It's about the same square footage as the current Chapel, in a more usable rectangular room instead of an octagon shape, designed to hold just as many people. It will have its own lobby, restrooms, and storage. And nothing changes until the new Chapel is finished. The current Chapel stays exactly as it is until then.

The current Hendersonville Chapel is a two-story shell in the most highly-trafficked spot on campus, and this plan makes the most of it: two full floors of Life Group and classroom space with a new elevator, and room for up to 500 adults an hour in groups. Building a new Chapel will allow us to design the space exactly for how it's used, complete with its own lobby, restrooms, and storage. We plan to move the stained glass from the current Chapel into the new one.

We don't have a date yet. What we can tell you is the order: the new Chapel gets built first, and only then does the current Chapel become classroom space. We'll share dates as soon as design and permitting are far enough along to give you a real one.

On-campus Life Group space is growing dramatically: up to 500 adults an hour can meet in the converted Chapel. One of the best parts is that parents can be in a group while their kids are in Kids Ministry, in the same building, at the same hour. We'll probably never be able to build enough space for every Life Group to meet on campus, and groups meeting in homes and around town will always be part of who we are. Room assignments haven't been worked out yet.

The Kids Building gets a full renovation. It's been more than 20 years since we've made significant changes there. The large group rooms move from the permanent treehouse look to flexible spaces that can be themed in different ways, and every room gets new furniture and finishes. It happens on a rolling basis, a few rooms at a time, so the Kids Building never has to shut down. An additional dedicated Kids entrance is coming at the back corner of the Main Building, making Sunday drop-off and pickup easier. And the new Gathering Area bridge fixes a long-standing issue: reaching the balcony will no longer mean walking through Kids space, helping with security and traffic flow.

No. The bridge was funded and promised before Even Greater. It's under construction now with plans to open in spring 2027.

The Hendersonville Student Building gets an elevator, plus more floor space where the elevated DJ booth seating is now.

We're not doing this to build more buildings. We're doing this to reach more people. This campus sits on Main Street, where 25,000 cars pass every day, and more than half of the people who attend our Hendersonville campus already live closer to it than to Long Hollow Pike. The plan includes an 800-seat auditorium, 450 parking spaces, kids space with flex space for students, a large, open atrium, Legacy Coffee, and outdoor space.

Like Gallatin, this location will be led by a campus pastor and have live worship. The message will be broadcast from Long Hollow Pike, just like it is at Gallatin. The campus pastor hasn't been announced yet.

Yes. 450 spaces for 800 seats, which is more parking per seat than we have at Long Hollow Pike.

Construction is targeted to begin in early 2027, and it's roughly an 18 to 24-month build. We'll share an opening date once construction is underway.

The biggest focus this time is outdoor space: Legacy Park, with a new playground and outdoor gathering space the whole community can use during the week, plus a walking bridge to the back property, making that area accessible to families and for ministry use.

Inside, we're fixing the sound issues between the Worship Center and the Multipurpose Room so both can be used at the same time. The interior got a major renovation about two years ago, which is why the outside is the priority now.

The vision: like Hendersonville, we want the Gallatin campus to be a place people can go and feel welcome 7 days a week.

No. Gallatin's projects in Even Greater are the park, the outdoor space, soundproofing, and other building updates. As Gallatin keeps growing, we'll keep planning for what's next.

Long Hollow's ministry, End Hunger in Sumner, exists to support the Sumner County school system alongside churches, non-profits, and governmental entities, aiming to eliminate food insecurities faced by students and provide biblical life coaching assistance to their families. Right now, we serve 22 schools and 250 students daily. Even Greater grows that to all 52 schools in the county, reaching about 600 students daily.

Long Hollow currently serves men and women in 7 Tennessee prisons with in-person worship services, groups, and Biblical training. Even Greater expands that to all 12 prisons across the state.

Yes. Even Greater is above and beyond your regular tithes and offerings, which fund everything Long Hollow does every week.

Yes. If God moves you to give early, choose the Even Greater fund when you give online or in person. The commitment moment for the whole church is November 15.

On Sunday, December 6, we'll celebrate together and share what God is already doing through Even Greater. Three-year commitments can be given over time through 2029, and the Even Greater fund stays open for anyone who wants to give along the way.
